You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant TLDriver a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be provided at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLDriver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. TLDriver may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
